PTA Meetings
Meeting dates are typically the fourth Wednesday of the month, unless there is a school break scheduled. To try to accommodate schedules, we will be alternating between in-person and Zoom meetings. In-person meetings are in the YCS Cafeteria after drop off.
During these meetings, you will hear reports from the Principal, Parent Relations, Fundraising, Events, Co-Treasurers and Co-Presidents of the PTA. It is also a forum for you to discuss new ideas or potential new initiatives.
2023/24 PTA meeting dates are as follows:
● September 27 – In-person - 8:30 am
● October 25 – ZOOM meeting - 7:30 pm
● November 22 – In-person - 8:30 am
● December 12 – ZOOM meeting - 7:30 pm
● January 24– In-person - 8:30 am
● February 28 - ZOOM meeting - 7:30 pm
● March 27 – In-person - 8:30 am
● April 17 – ZOOM meeting - 7:30 pm
● May 22 – In-person - 8:30 am
● June 12 – In-person - 8:30 am (NOTE: This is the last PTA meeting of the school year)
