On Saturday, May 2nd, 2015, the PTA will be hosting the annual YCS Auction Event… the single largest fundraising events of the year.
In preparation for this event, we need your help to gather items for the auction.
While we welcome any item you can donate, in the past many parents have leveraged their contacts to solicit creative donations including:
– Tickets or VIP access to sporting, television or theater events
– Employer donated goods and services
– Hotel packages (many hotels will donate these)
– Vacation or weekend home stays
– Sport or music lessons or experiences
– Meeting celebrities
Of course, we would also welcome donations of food or refreshments to offset our catering charges.
Remember the YCS PTA is a nonprofit 501 3 (c) all donations are tax deductible.
