Dec. 3 is #GivingTuesday AND Fairway Double Day!
Your support of the YCS Annual Fund is an important component of our school’s ongoing success. With your generosity, our school has been able to provide students with incredible enrichment programs that are not funded by the DOE. So please consider a year-end, tax-deductible gift to YCS today so that our school and our students can continue to excel. (Return the attachment or donate online!)

And as much as we love them, Thanksgiving leftovers won’t last forever. Plan to restock your fridge on Dec 3rd – our Fairway Double Day. Show your YCS Fairway card at checkout and every dollar you spend will count twice for our school! And the school code for online purchases is “PS151”. (More Fairway cards for yourself, friends and/or family are available in the Main office and PTA office.)

Read-a-Thon is Still On!
Help us meet our School reading goals for the Read-a-thon Challenge – 50,000 minutes, 1,000 Books! Keep up with daily read a thon activities through December 11th – teams are adding minutes and raising $$$ for our school via THIS LINK! Class codes are available from teachers or contact sarina.appel@gmail.com. Amazing prizes will be awarded to the winning class and active participants!

Winter Blast is Dec 14th
Our Third Annual Winter Blast will be held on Saturday, December 14th. This year’s event will be offered over two sessions and will include an interactive story with Rebecca Ashley (PK-2), improv workshop with Brook Berry-Wolf (2-5), hot cocoa, cookies, crafts and much more!
