Parent-Teacher Conference BAKE SALE
We are calling for all our fabulous YCS bakers to donate baked goods for an impromptu bake sale this Thursday during the Parent-Teachers conferences. BUY a treat for your teacher to help fuel them during the long day. We will need donations and volunteers so please sign up now – click this link!!
Coin Drive
Thank you to those who returned their Coin Boxes. We are still accepting boxes so please bring them in if you haven’t already done so. Our current leaders are PK-206 (70.59%), K-210 (65%) and 2-406 (42.86%). As in previous years the top 3 classes with the highest participation wins a prize. Get your coin boxes in and GOOD LUCK!!!
2020 YCS Spring Fling Auction is March 21!
The YCS Spring Auction is our largest fundraiser of the year, and every dollar we raise helps support the valuable enrichment programs all our children enjoy and that are not funded by the Department of Education. We need your help!

Yearbook Pictures Needed!
We need your help to gather pictures for our YCS yearbook – please email yearbook@yorkvillecommunityschool.org with any pictures that you may have from any of the school events (Fall Festival, Winter Blast, International Night, etc…), and from class field trip or other class events (Restaurant Study, Pet Study, Sea Creature Museum, etc.). Thank you in advance for your help!

Fairway Update
Unfortunately, the Community Partnership at Fairway has come to an end with their recent financial issues. No need to show your YCS card for future purchases. If anyone knows of other partnerships like this please let us know!
