Fall Festival was a great success – thanks to all of you!
We had a wonderful day on Saturday celebrating the YCS community with our neighborhood, and we wanted to send a thank you to all the wonderful volunteers (YOU!) who donated their time to make the day extra special – especially Mr. Jonathan! So many people worked on the event, but a few people we wanted to acknowledge include Kaena Clark and Allison Gutstein for organizing the maze and crafts tables, Nancy Mark for organizing the many volunteers, and Kate Hrobsky and Victoria Brannigan for once again putting together the best block party for our YCS Community!
A note from the Event Co-Chairs:
Just a quick message to say THANK YOU to everyone who made this year’s Fall Festival such a great success. Together we not only provided a fun family event to bring the entire school community together, we also raised a lot of money to go straight back into the school.
It was wonderful to see so many of our graduates from last year, not just zooming around but volunteering as well.
Our teachers came out and represented — led by Miss Samantha and her handsome pooch.
Local community leaders stopped by to lend their support.
And, as always, volunteer parents worked incredibly hard – running booths, helping out, cleaning up.
This event is the product of so many people’s love and hard work. Thank you to ALL who participated.
Victoria and Kate
