Please note-if you already submitted consent during the last school year or summer, you will need to do so again for the 2021-2022 school year. There are two easy ways to submit consent for Covid Testing: Fill out the form online using your New York City Schools Account (NYCSA) found here https://www.schoolsaccount.nyc/ Log in, click your student’s name, click “Manage Account,” and then when a dropdown menu appears, click “Consent Forms.” Read the page, and then choose the consent option at the end for your student. If you need to create a NYCSA account for your child, please see your child’s backpack for a sheet containing your NYCSA account creation code as well as instructions on how to make the account.

Open an account today to apply to schools, track your children’s progress from Pre-K through high school graduation, and get access to other digital content for New York City families exclusively available to NYC Schools Account holders! Opening a NYC Schools Account is the first step towards becoming more involved in your student’s education. Receive updates via text messages or email about school closures, emergencies, and upcoming events. Link your students and start monitoring things like grades, test scores, attendance. Dear YCS Families, It is hard to believe that we are days away from the end of the school year. These past three months of remote learning have seemed to both inch by and blend into each other- and here we are, at the home stretch. Wrapping up the school year remotely is something I never would have imagined doing. It is a surreal experience, each step a learning moment. We will do our best to bring this school year to a close smoothly, offering our students what we feel is the most important thing we can during this time- the knowledge that we have and will continue to be there for them.
