SCHOOL LEADERSHIP TEAM NOMINATIONS AND UPCOMING ELECTION

Elections for School Leadership Team (SLT) took place on Tuesday evening, June 14, 2011. The school leadership team is made up of the Principal, teachers, a UFT representative, PTA president and four (4) parents to plan out long term goals for Yorkville Community School such as budgets, curriculum and the schools CEP plan. Below are the newly elected SLT members with terms running from September 2011 through June 2013.
Meetings are currently held on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:45 am - 8:20 am from September - June. Any parent can attend an SLT meeting. If you wish to suggest a particular topic to be discussed at a meeting, just submit the topic in writing two weeks before the scheduled meeting.
